What are we about?

The KIDZ KOURSE is about exploring the feelings of Anger, Sadness, Fear and Shame and where they come from. The children then learn appropriate ways to express their feelings. We use EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) for kids to help identify their feelings and to anchor new beliefs. The kids experience compassion, empathy, love and gratitude through various exercises during the weekend.

After the course, an instructor will have a conference with the parents to share insights about what came up during the weekend and how they can support their child.
